    Creating an Account

    How to download, and what next?

    The simple process is explained on our download page. You only need to download ONCE. After that, Vegas Red is available from your computer's Start Menu and/or desktop.

    The average download time is 8-10 minutes using a standard 56Kbs modem, or 2 minutes with cable or ADSL connections. The minimum system requirements for the software are: Microsoft Windows 98, 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003 or Vista operating system; 500MHz or faster CPU; at least 512 MB of RAM; 16MB Video Card (800x600 or higher resolution, 16-bit color); at least 950 MB free space on the hard drive; Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or newer.

    How do I know if Vegas Red is playing fair?

    What are my deposit options?

    First, download the Vegas Red software, then launch the software and open a Real Money mode account. Get your username and password. Now, you are ready to deposit.

    How can I withdraw my winnings?

    To withdraw money from your account, select Withdraw from the Cashier section. You can then choose your most convenient way to withdraw your winnings.

    What are Comp Points and how do I get them?

    Vegas Red has a very unique reward system that lets each person with a Real Money account to automatically earn points, also known as complementary (comp) points, while playing.

    The more you wager, the more comp points you get and the higher you’ll climb on the VIP ladder . A higher VIP level will in turn give you a better comp points to cash conversion ratio

    Can I Chat with other players?

    Yes, you can! Chatting is very simple. All you have to do is click on the chat button in the muti-player and private-group tables and type away. Click the chat button, and off you go!

    What is a multiplayer or private group table?

    A multiplayer table is a table with other actual online players.

    A private group table is where you play with your own friends, with no one else to bother you. To join a private group table, just type in its name. If that table has not yet been created, then the system will create one so that your friends can join in!

    What if my Internet goes down while I'm playing?

    Vegas Red has an integrated disconnection handling mechanism that protects you when there is a disconnection.
    If you get disconnected while in the middle of a game and are unable to reconnect to the Casino, don't panic -- you will simply be logged out after a certain period of inactivity.
    If you were playing Blackjack, Craps, or Video Poker when the disconnection occurred and succeed in reconnecting prior to being logged out, the system will return you to the exact moment when the game was interrupted. If you were playing a game such as Slots and Roulette, proceed to the Game History section to view your game's results.

    How do I change my bets?

    In games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, and Baccarat, right-click with your mouse on the chips you wish to remove. In Roulette you can also click on the Clear Bet button to remove all of your bets from the table. In Slots and Video Poker, press the Cash Out button to return the coins from the machine to your balance. If other coins remain in the machine, don't worry -- they will be credited to your balance when you exit from the game.

    Where is the game help?

    Click the help button in the casino lobby for instructions on all of the games - you can even use the help feature while in the middle of a game!

    Can I see all the wagers I made?

    Yes - go to the Game History section in the casino lobby.

    Here is a list of common technical issues we see most often asked by our members at Vegas Red. 

    Please note that these browser options are specific to Internet Explorer. You may use other browsers, however the options may vary.

    If you do not see the answer to your issue here or need further assistance, please contact Support.

     

    If you are experiencing problems with the download speed of the game:

    Uninstall the client as follows:

    1. Delete all temporary internet files from the Internet Explorer options (Tools->Internet options-> Delete Files button-> tick ‘Delete all offline content’ and press ‘OK’).

    If the 3D Secure window is missing when you are trying to authenticate a payment:

    Because the software uses Internet Explorer's ActiveX components to display the cashier, you can fix the issue by:

    1. Opening Internet Explorer and going to Tools -> Internet Options.

    3. From the ‘Custom level’ button, the Security Settings will open up. From there please reset the custom settings to Medium by choosing ‘Medium’ from the ‘Reset to:’ menu and clicking the ‘Reset’ button.

    5. Click ‘OK’.

    6. Restart Internet Explorer and log back in to the casino lobby to try again.

     

    If script debugging is enabled, you can disable script debugging by doing the following:

    1. Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools-> Internet Options,

    If you see a Script Error in the cashier:

    As the cashier works with Internet Explorer, please do the following:

    If you still cannot download the game data, your internet service provider might be using some kind of cache for downloaded files. As such, we advise you to please contact your internet service provider and ask them to delete the temporary cache.

     

    If you receive a message "impossible to connect to the main server for the download":

    Because certain ports may be blocked by either your local firewall or Internet service provider, please do the following:

    1. Add the casino.exe file to the firewall software’s whitelist. Because there are many firewall software providers there are is no universal guide available for editing the configuration and you should therefore consult the documentation of your software on how to execute this.

    2. In case the connection still cannot be established, contact your Internet service provider to troubleshoot this further.
