Vegas Red enjoys an impeccable reputation both in the industry and among our players.
We maintain a truly fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment and build long-lasting relationships with our players.
To demonstrate our transparency there is a unique, built-in game and financial history feature. Any player can review every wager
s/he has ever placed, including the exact date and time, amount wagered, winnings, and detailed game results. The financial
transaction history displays all deposits and withdrawals from the player's casino account. Both of these features can be accessed
at any time while online.
Vegas Red operates under a license issued by the Antigua and Barbuda Financial Services Regulatory Commission (FSRC). Any deviation from the approved and permitted manner of our business would result in the immediate annulment of this license.
We also have a reputation as one of the leaders in the “Responsible Gaming” community. We have initiated many ways to support your online gaming so that it is entertaining. We have also installed controls to ensure that:

‘Good Gaming’ Certifications
At the bottom of every Vegas Red.com webpage, you will see a number of “Good Gaming” logos. Do you know what they represent? They are all there to show the protections we have installed for our players and their families.
Each of these logos is explained below.
Our Certification Logos & What They Mean:Under-Age Gambling
It is absolutely against the law to gamble if you are under the age of 18. Secondly, it is against our own Terms of Use. Vegas Red is opposed to gambling by minors, and has taken steps to prevent it.
This logo shows that we make every effort to prevent gaming by those under 18, which is illegal in all jurisdictions and under our Gambling Registration (see also Terms of Use page, Section 3 – Legal Requirements).
Parents: if your computer is accessed by under-age children, you can prevent their gambling.
It’s very simple: there are “site-filter” programs like NetNanny, PC TimeCop or BrightFilter that
will prevent minors from accessing gambling sites.

Antigua and Barbuda Financial Services Regulatory Commission (FSRC)
We are Licensed by the Antigua and Barbuda Financial Services Regulatory Commission, an
international gaming Licensing and regulatory authority. Their regulations state, in part: The
regulations are designed to ensure that all interactive gaming and gaming related activities satisfy
four basic principles:
- 1. License holders, its associates and key persons have met corporate and personal probity and are
suitable to operate.
- 2. The software, which makes the odds for games played on this site, meets internationally and
recognized standards for fairness.
- 3. Operators systems are not used as a source for crime.
- 4. Players are treated fairly and winnings are paid according to the interactive gaming and wagering
regulations.

TST Technical Systems Testing North America Incorporated is a well-known and respected statistical and
technical software testing firm, located in Vancouver, BC Canada. They test all of our poker and casino games
to industry-standard levels of fairness and accuracy, and issue letters of compliance for sites that satisfy these stringent standards.
Note: all our gaming software is written by PlayTech, the leading software provider in the gaming industry.
Therefore, the TST compliance letters feature PlayTech’s name. As a PlayTech client, we use their software without
alteration and therefore can display this logo and the compliance letter that it links to.
